Starting with the master ensuite, the existing bathtub was removed to make room for a beautiful custom tiled shower with built in bench seat. Moving downstairs to the basement, the guest bathroom was retiled and a new vanity installed. The rest of the basement was gutted for a fresh start. A large rec room with media wall accents a fireplace feature. A wet bar with wine fridge and custom vanity with inset sink are tied together with quartz countertops. All new doors, and paint as well as luxury vinyl plank complete the space.
