Sandstone Basement Development

Adding functional space was the goal for this basement development project. An open rec room was created with a new glass exterior door to the walk out level. A bedroom was thoughtfully planned in the corner and a new large window replaced the previous exterior door. Great consideration went into these  changes which  helped the flow of the space as well as made the best use of the natural light pouring in. The carpeted stairs lead seamlessly into the luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the basement. A beautiful bathroom was completed with a large shower/tub combo, stone vanity and lots of storage. All lighting and fixtures are new.
