Sage Hill Basement Development

Main floor office and basement development were completed in this home. Specific needs were met in the project with the creation of a workshop with custom venting,  sink and countertop.  Also, the basement includes a bedroom, full bathroom, rec room with media wiring and storage space. The walkout basement now has a proper tiled entrance from outside with coat closet. On the main floor, an office was created seamlessly with the removal of an interior window and the addition of double glass doors.
