North Haven - Full Home Renovation

A renovation that transformed the entire home with a comprehensive overhaul of both the main floor and basement. On the main level, the hardwood floors were refinished along with custom Luxury vinyl plank in the bathrooms, on the stairs and in the kitchen. A customized unique floor plan was designed to meet the client's specific needs. A new office was added, enhancing functionality. The kitchen features brand-new, custom cabinetry, while the dining area benefits from a convenient window seat with added storage. The staircase was relocated to optimize space and flow. A full bathroom was reimagined to offer a modern, functional design. Both floors of the home were painted.

In the basement, extensive renovations included excavation to install proper egress windows throughout. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was added, along with a renovated bathroom and laundry room featuring custom cabinetry. The home was thoroughly rewired with an entirely new electrical system to meet code and ensure a modern, efficient setup including a new panel and mask. 

The exterior has a new poured side walk from the home to the rear garage which is now fitted for a heater to keep it warm all year long. The fencing was replaced and is now new and functional.
