Welcome to this Mackenzie Towne brownstone renovation project! The main floor has undergone a remarkable transformation.

First and foremost, we've introduced stunning cohesive flooring throughout the entire main level and stairs up to second level, providing seamless flow. Complemented by fresh paint in a contemporary palette, the ambiance is both inviting and modern.

Every detail matters, so we've installed all new trim including baseboards, casings, and headers, adding a fresh touch to every room. Even the smallest spaces have received attention, with a stylish half bath featuring a new toilet, mirror, fixtures, custom backsplash and vanity. 

One of the focal points when walking into this main floor is the revamped fireplace. We've given it a facelift with modern tile work and added a mantel. New closet doors at the front and back entrances have been installed. Lighting has been updated, as well as new light switches for ease of use and added ambiance.

Now, to the heart of the home – the kitchen. It's been completely remodeled to reflect a modern lifestyle. Featuring custom cabinetry with beautiful upper moldings,  textured subway tile backsplash, and new appliances. Removing the outdated raised peninsula and replacing it with a sleek and functional island with eat-up bar, creates a central hub for cooking, dining and entertaining.
