Sage Hill Secondary Basement Suite

This project was taken over after the original contractor abandoned the job, leaving the basement with substandard framing. To ensure quality and compliance, new permits were applied for and obtained, allowing the suite to be completed as a fully legal rental unit.

The suite now features its own private entrance, along with a new exterior garage door providing access to tenant parking. Inside, the layout includes two large bedrooms with good sized closets and a modern bathroom.
