Cochrane Basement Development

This basement development in Cochrane was a quick transformation. From unfinished and unusable space to fully developed in under 3 months. The rec room is surrounded by natural light, which makes this basement inviting and open. The  bathroom features custom tile work and cabinetry. An extra closet at the bottom of the stairs was added and the crawl space storage is now accessed through the utility room for functionality.
